There are also certain things that aggravates leaky gut syndrome. The thing that has to be avoided by individuals who suffer from leaky gut is caffeine, alcohol, spicy hot foods, food additives, antacids, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and some environmental things such as pesticides and insecticides. The conditions that are linked to leaky gut syndrome symptoms is crohn’s disease; autism, multiple sclerosis, irritable bowel syndrome, food allergies, colon cancer, liver problems, malnutrition, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
