Certain places or situations associated with a panic attack, are likely to be avoided by the sufferer in case of a reocurring attack. Trying not to constantly worrying about when the next attack will be can be difficult.
Panic and anxiety symptoms can develop from both childhood and adulthood. Causes of these disorders include environmental stressors and changes in the brain. Anxiety disorders may also run in families and can be passed on through generations.
