What is Yoga?

Before Starting:

Also, whenever possible find a quiet place to practice your Yoga so that you can fully experience what Yoga has to offer. If you cannot get a full Yoga workout in because you are short on time, that’s fine but try to find a few moments in your day to stretch and breath. You may also consider having a few different Yoga workout videos that vary in format, length and intensity so you can change up the workouts regularly.
