Muscle Tissue Building Secrets Which Work Well

If you are interested in increasing your muscle, you truly won’t find any muscle building secrets, although you can add some elements to your current routine. The biggest thing to remember is that many approaches work to building muscle, these are just tips and tricks I have perfected over the years to add muscle on demand.

Muscle Building Secret 1. Wear out Your Muscles by Performing High Repetitions and High Volume

Although many guys appear to be practicing this trick, I have observed many of them performing it improperly. Lifting in the low rep range is great for strength and it is great for density, but not optimal for quick muscle gains. There is something to be said for adding in low rep training for a strategic approach to gaining muscle…but this should just reinforce the muscle gained from higher rep, higher volume training. If you want to build up quickly then you should be lifting weights where you can only do about 6-14 reps before you cannot do anymore, you may think you look weak when doing it, but it is the best approach.

2) Low Rest Time

If you want to know some real muscle building secrets then giving yourself low rest periods is one of them, the idea is to fatigue the muscle when working out. Extended breaks between sets allows you to lift heavier weight, but the rest keeps your muscles from feeling adequately fatigued. If you are performing your muscle building training correctly, each successive set that you perform, should seem heavier than the one before. If you feel slightly weak on the last set of each exercise, you know that you are on the right track.

3) No Rest Between Reps

Fatigue is the key to muscle mass. If you rest in between each rep even for just a brief moment, your muscle will experience less fatigue. If your goal was to build strength, then breaks in between reps would help you increase weight, which builds strength, but for gaining muscle, this is not productive.

4) Training Over Diet

Several studies have shown examples of people gaining muscle while eating a deficit in calories. You can overeat your way to gaining muscle. You should be following a diet designed for losing body fat, when you are working on a muscle building regimen. You want to train until your muscles are fatigued enough times that the body is forced to react and grow your muscles. Muscle get bigger due to the stimulus you provide them. This is not to say you should be unhealthy and go on a serious diet, you need to eat the right amount of nutrients for normal bodily functions, but do not eat too much.

These are not really muscle building secrets, but they are all great tips when it comes to growing your muscle mass in a quick and effective manner.
