Road Bikes Help Cut Down The Hours Done Working Out

However, when I tell these hard-core gym goers that I get the same results as them whilst spending only 30 minutes in the gym, they are astonished! Most of them think it is impossible.
The plain fact is there are a lot of people who have such busy schedules that finding more than 30 minutes to dedicate to a workout is just impossible. It is not laziness, but purely a lack of time to spend 1 or 2 hours in the gym several times a week.
But is it really possible to do a workout in 30 minutes that will bring real results? The answer is a definite yes, but you will need a few simple strategies to make it happen.
To start with, make sure you have a plan for each day. make sure you jot down the weight you will be using for all the exercises you do. Write down how many sets you will be doing for each exercise and how many repetitions you will be doing during each set. You should count regular exercise towards your target, so road bikes taken to work as a commute will count.
You should split your body into spate exercise routines. So if you do your arms and back on Monday and Wednesday, on Tuesday and Thursday you can do your legs and stomach. This way you only have half of your body parts to work on each day cutting down significantly on time spent in the gym.
Avoid socializing at the gym. Try to be friendly, smile at people and say hello, but do not get distracted in full conversations. If you spend 5 minutes chatting, that is 5 minutes less you have time to exercise. Explain to people wishing to talk to you that you are on limited time and you just can’t stop what you are doing at the moment or better yet, put on a pair of headphones before you begin your workout; they’ll get the clue.
Always do your weight training and cardio training separately. You can spend your time on road bikes one day and doing arm strengthening exercises the next. This way you are still only working out for 30 minutes. You are trying to cut down time in the gym and you will stay longer if you do both.
